Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Digital Ads Specialist. Whether you are a fresh graduate or an experienced professional, we welcome your application. The Digital Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Develop creative and engaging content for ads that get people fired up to take action and sign up
- Responsible for managing, testing and implementing optimization strategy in online ad campaigns (Facebook & IG) via marketing funnels by using both qualitative and quantitative sources to drive improvement in conversion rate, sign ups and customers’ experience
- Key metrics to analyze actively: Conversions, Awareness, Budget Management
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve problems with optimization set ups by following procedures and/or applying own judgment with minimal supervision
- Collaborating with the Content Creator & Creative Team in visual design/ photo & video shooting to ensure that posts are effective for ads
- Ensure all digital marketing goals (OKRs) are achieved
- To continuously study market trends (especially latest ads strategies) ensure the Company’s plan keep ahead of changing needs; and that programmes and promotions organized appeal to and attract targeted market segments to increase shopper patronage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong passion for business and a desire to pursue a career in management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
