Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have up-to-date knowledge on interpreting ideas and concepts to design solutions with high visual impact. They will work on a variety of products, including Model styling, product lifestyle styling for catalog and social media such as instagram and tiktok, coordinating photoshoots, website design, social media content ideation, photo editing and Visual merchandising.
Study design brief, determine requirements and present first drafts and ideas.- Schedule projects and schedule budget constraints.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Develop illustrations and other designs using design softwares.
- Work Independently with minor supervision from the creative lead.
- Work with a creative lead to produce the final design.
- Work closely with the Brand team to produce marketing and social media visuals.
- Deliver final product and amend designs after feedback and reviews whenever necessary.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing on brand. Critical eye and great attention to detail are compulsory.
- Remain consistent in creating high quality graphics/design collaterals.
- Video editing skills is an added but strong advantage.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Advertising / Media / Arts / Design / Creative / Multimedia / Mass Communications.
- 5-6 years working experience. Agency or in-house experience working for an online retailer would be an advantage
- Proven graphic designing experience, a strong portfolio of previous works
- Creative with a good aesthetic sense and up-to-date knowledge of latest trends
- Able to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficient in design software, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier pro
- Design experience with print and digital platforms preferred
- Experience with digital pre-press production and printing techniques
- Critical eye and great attention to detail
