What will your role be?
Oversees all company social media accounts management which includes:
Content Scheduling
- Create attractive content for the posting caption.
- Manage the final material timeline from different department to ensure the posting is on time.
Community Service - Transfer the Private Message to specific department to follow up
- Reply comment from social media
Reporting and Analysis - Provide insights on social media growth. - Monitor direct and indirect competitors (if any). - Give suggestions for social media best practice. - Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Social Media Advertising - Create brand awareness. - Assist and support the team in maximizing campaign results through paid ads. - Maintain high standards of copywriting and exercise quality control across all deliverables.
