Description
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia / Advertising / Media or equivalent.
- Energetic, dynamic and proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge in animation and video editing software e.g. Autodesk Maya, Adobe Animate CC/ Flash, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect is a plus.
- Possesses sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess a good interpersonal skill while interacting with guests, patrons and employees.
- Able to work under a minimal supervision and able to produce maximum productivity.
- Willingness to travel and must be able to work in shifts whenever required on Weekends and Public Holidays period to cater on the business needs.

Responsibilities
- To design and create attractive concept for festive season and school holidays.
- To digitalize drawings or illustrations of characters
- To assist artist for illustrations of props
- To design concept for special function
- Participate and facilitate initiatives for employee dialogue and communication.
- To assist in all Employee Engagement activities.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Can communicate clearly and good writing in English. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Pleasant appearance and carry themselves well.
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills.
- Possess good analytical skills, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
