We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who will be responsible for all Talentbank's social media accounts, curating posting contents/visuals and also designing graphics. We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills for this role.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
  • Must be able to do planning, visualizing and creating Graphics Design including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos for career fair, events, exhibition and etc.
  • Research the latest trends in the market.
  • Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence.
  • Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
  • Lead the creation of social media assets whilst following our brand’s visual identity.
  • Responsible for responding to comments and messages with appropriate replies.
  • Understand different social media platforms algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Move our social media platforms towards consistent growth in terms of engagement, followers, likes and branding.
Requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience handling a company’s social media.
  • Advanced knowledge in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Canva is a Must.
  • Excellent oral communication and writing skills in English.
  • Good time management skills & detail-oriented.
  • Experienced in content management (content planning, creative ideation, copywriting & execution).
  • Must be able to start to work with us immediately! (Preferably February 2023)
