Hiring Senior & Junior Multimedia Designer
Greetings! We are on the look for highly skilled and creative Senior and Junior Multimedia Designers to join our dynamic team. As a Multimedia Designer, you can work on various brands and projects under our sister company; Heartana.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visual concepts, designs, and layouts for print and digital media, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, marketing collaterals, and branding materials.
- Create visually appealing and engaging designs that align with the brand identities and objectives.
- Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia elements.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your work to ensure innovative and cutting-edge designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their design requirements and provide creative solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and efficient execution of designs for various mediums and platforms.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to inform design decisions and strategies.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval and future reference.
Requirements
For Senior Multimedia Designer: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Proactive, effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for design and a strong desire to stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
For Junior Multimedia Designer: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Previous internship or entry-level experience in multimedia design is preferred.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and multimedia software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for design and a strong desire to stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
