Description
Producers, or Film Producers, oversee the business and financial matters of a movie, music album, stage production or television show. Their main duties include hiring production staff, like Directors, Crew Members and Cast Members, building the budget for the production and fulfil clients' needs
Responsibilities
- Create and develop video content for customer stories and other enterprise-wide projects.
- Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects.
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.
- Plan video shoots; scout/recce, select and reserve shoot locations.
- Develop production schedules.
- Develop production schedules.
- Monitor projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, media management and archiving project media.
- Read, research and assess ideas and finished scripts.
- Troubleshoot problems that arise during production.
Requirements

- Strong time and resource management skills.
- Organisation and planning skills.
- Required Language(s): Mandarin, English is a plus.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Art/ Design. Creative Multimedia or equivalents.
- Willing to work between KL & JB, and travel.
- Possess own transport.
