Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage the entire animation production process from concept to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed within timeline with quality.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including animators, directors, storyboard artists, writers, and voice actors, to ensure effective communication, efficient workflow, and successful project execution.
- Production Planning: Develop production schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Post-Production Oversight: Coordinate post-production activities, including editing, sound design, and visual effects, to ensure the final product aligns with the creative vision and meets all technical requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the animation production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for animation and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
