Responsibilities
We are looking for curious, creative and driven individuals to join our team to evolve, design and innovate features of our suite of in-house developed management systems on-cloud. The role of the UI/UX Designer is key to assuring that our suite of constantly evolving software maintains its user-centredness, user-friendliness and visual delight despite the ever-changing landscape of our global clientele’s business.
As a UI/UX designer, you will be closely working with our diverse team of designers and engineers throughout the design process, from ideation, research, prototyping, mock-ups, wireframing to finalising the designs for production. You will work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, tackling multi-platform design briefs from dedicated apps to mobile and web browsers, making sure users will have a seamless experience end-to-end. Another key focus on your role will also be improving current design systems with features enhancements and ensuring that it adheres to current frameworks while being scalable.

You’ll also work collaboratively within the design team to challenge conventional ideas and come up with scalable design solutions that would work within technological constraints.

Job duties:
  • Tackle design challenges and requirements efficiently through user-centred design solutions, while also balancing with business needs.
  • Present design solutions that can be seamlessly integrated into current frameworks while being scalable.
  • Design and iterate engaging, visually-appealing interfaces within the constraints presented.
  • Together with engineering, you will ensure the delivery of high quality, smooth designs through detailed quality checks.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to the team when addressing new challenges and requirements.
  • Be up-to-date with design trends and technological advancements to constantly improve products.
Requirements
  • Possesses a well-rounded design sense and a good grasp in colours and composition.
  • Good understanding of the nature of various digital platforms, from websites to mobile applications.
  • Strong professional and interpersonal skills, able to communicate your ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Working in a dynamic environment, you will need to be adaptable and are able to manoeuvre within different teams and settings.
  • Required Skill(s):
  • Figma is our main workspace so we will need you to adapt quickly to its controls and functions.
  • Good understanding in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects is a plus)
  • Understanding and implementing in interaction design is a plus
  • Basic understanding in html and css is a plus.
  • Sharp attention to detail and organised in your work approach, you are able to swiftly address any design problems that arise during design roll-out.
  • Resourceful and able to independently manage time to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the relevant field is required for this position.
  • Candidates who are fluent in both Mandarin& English are preferred.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
