- Able to manage and deal with clients.
- Able to conduct site visit to supervise quality control and meeting with contractor.
- Independent to handle project from beginning to handover.
- Able to produce quotation & control project cost.
- Able to produce a conceptual design.
- Able to produce construction and technical drawing.
- Familiar with residential or commercial projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of renovation and site issues such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing and general construction.
- Experience in sales, marketing and conceptual presentation is an added advantage.
- To propose design ideas that incorporate functionality and aesthetics and make presentations.
- To prepare visual, project costing and material selection.
- To produce construction and technical drawing.
- Arrange, coordinate, control & manipulate progress of a project.
- Plan & manage project schedule well to deliver within deadline.
- Handle & serve client.
- Servicing our clients' units occasionally
- Always reporting / updating automatically
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Interior Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
- Proficient in 3DS Max, Vray, AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, SketchUp, Microsoft excel.
- Proven working experience at least 2-3 years in Interior Design.
- Site visit and specialize in 3D visual proposal.
- Good working attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadline & work under pressure
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.)
