Responsibilities

· Able to work independent and team work, also to have a good attitude, with a passion for work in this field and sense responsibility.
· Creative and innovative and to provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material proposal and colour scheme
· Create visuals, design layout and finished artwork, included layout plans, detailed drawings, 3D drawing and as-built drawing.
· Manage to produce conceptual design with colour rendering.
· Manage to produce 2D & 3D perspective drawings and sample boards.
· Creative and Good design and knowledge in commercial & Residential projects.
· Ensure all design changes and solution are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation.
· To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Director included site measurement.

Requirements

· Must possess as least a Diploma
· Strong in conceptual design, self-motivate individual with good attitude and strong multi task skills
· Must be familiar with Sketcup, AutoCAD and 3D rendering software
· Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
· Must possess own transport
