Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia & Interaction Designer to support the development of digital learning experiences, explainer videos, and interactive multimedia content.
This role sits at the intersection of visual design, motion thinking, and user experience. The designer should have a good sense of how users interact with digital content and be able to translate ideas into clear visual flows and engaging digital experiences.
You will work closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life through visual storytelling, multimedia design, and interaction-driven layouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual assets, illustrations, and interface elements for digital content
- Create storyboards and visual concepts for motion graphics and multimedia videos
- Structure layouts and visual flows that support clear user interaction and navigation
- Collaborate with the team to translate learning or business concepts into engaging visual experiences
- Prepare organised design assets for animation, interaction, video, and digital production
Requirements
Requirements
- Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in multimedia, graphic design, or digital design
- Strong foundation in Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma
- Basic familiarity with motion graphics or animation workflows
- Good understanding of UX principles and interaction design
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
Good to Have
- Experience in motion graphics or animation
- Experience designing UI layouts, web interfaces, or interactive content
- Interest in digital storytelling, simulations, or game-like experiences
- Openness to AI-assisted design workflows and emerging creative tools
