Description
We are looking for an Interior Sales Designer to join our Real Estate Team. With the office's being a key product of WORQ, this exciting role needs to have a flair in design, excellent communication and negotiation skills, be good at presentation, be sales-driven, and be customer oriented. The successful candidate will drive the role of facilities planner, strategic planner, and workplace strategies on projects.

Working closely with the rest of the team, and reporting to the Project Manager to really drive space planning and propose workplace strategy to the potential clients. Responsibilities
  • To work closely with the sales team to support new opportunities, write RFPs and create a project vision to understand the business goal for the clients and all stakeholders.
  • To provide pre-design services which may include conducting feasibilities studies or specifying the requirements the designs must meet
  • To conceptualize and present the design (design concept, space planning, and costing proposals) to the potential client, while acting as a workplace strategist to consult and offer office solutions.
  • To conduct fact-finding and keep up with the latest trend regarding current work styles and workplace conditions
  • To collaborate with external consultants, including outsourced ID, through the design phase
  • To ensure design deliverables adhere to product standards and any quality assurance policies and procedures for design, documentation, and project management.
  • To assist Project Manager with the overall project management for the opening of new outlets, including WORQ’s coworking spaces and the new custom-built enterprise solutions.
  • To communicate project updates regularly to management and cross functional teams such as the status of each project, potential issues, risks, etc,
  • Host project meetings and client presentations as needed,
  • Assist in site supervision and manage project costing from inception to completion.
  • Other additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidate to possess a Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Project Management, or any relevant field or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in working on corporate interiors/workplace design projects
  • Experienced in client-facing presentation; excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to clients
  • Strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating design documentation with external consultants, project budgeting, and deliverables management.
