- Research for market trends to create new designs and concepts for product development.
- Initiate creative product concepts and search for suppliers for initial sampling based on recommended budget price.
- Create product development lists according to different seasons and festivals, follow the time schedule strict and report the development status to Assistant product manager.
- Follow up artwork design, output and product sampling within a tight timeline.
- Responsible for product packaging artworks and graphics revision and retouching and photo shooting.
- Responsible for design of online/offline promotional materials, such as artworks for online shops/ websites/ online shopping platforms/ social media, catalogue or brochure for shows/ exhibitions.
- Work on booth design and sampling, even be responsible to set up a booth at local/ overseas shows/ exhibitions.
- Work with various parties such as merchandising, pastry and shipping team and ensure efficient design and development processes.
- Work on kitchen test and reports based on customer’s requests and standards.
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising,
- e-Commerce, Communications or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 years' experience in Graphic Design / Digital marketing field
- Proficient in Adobe software such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel;
- Knowledge of sketching is an advantage;
- Excellent leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Creative, multi-tasking, organised, collaborative and detail-oriented;
- Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and able to meet tight deadlines;
- Able to work under pressure with positive attitude;
- Well verse in read, write and speak Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and local dialects would be added advantages
