Working Culture & Compensation
- Task-Based Role: This is a fixed-salary, creative position. Performance is measured by responsibilities and results, not hours spent.
- Probation & Confirmation: 3–6 months' probation, followed by confirmation.
- Annual Bonus / 13th Month Salary: Bonus is pro-rated if employment is less than 12 months.
- Growth: Opportunities to contribute ideas and grow with the company as we expand.
9am-6pm (Monday-Friday)
9am-1pm (alternative Saturday) twice in a month.
PROVIDE:- RM2,900 - RM3,500 (based on experience and relevant skills).
- Company hostel provided for employees (female) residing outside Selangor area/
- meal provided if we stay back late to rush project.
- Performance will be measured by task completion and quality of work.

Role & Responsibilities
- Create designs for apparel, branding, marketing campaigns, and sublimation projects. (Adobe Illustrator is compulsory)
- Work closely with the sales coordinator and production team to deliver designs that meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Prepare artwork files for suppliers printing, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- create jobsheets + update info within our system.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve products, campaigns, and workflows.
- working with junior designer (supervise) guide and monitor 1-2 intern together as your team.
- Collaborate with team members across departments — from sales to production — to solve problems, not just highlight them.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (intermediate), Photoshop (and other design tools an advantage). 3-4 years based
- Strong sense of creativity, detail, and responsibility.
- Ability to work as part of a team, take feedback positively, and keep solutions-focused.
- Accountability: takes ownership of tasks and results, rather than shifting blame.
- Positive, professional attitude — delivers work with pride.
