Responsibilities
- 1. MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS and MARKETING
- oversee, update and create messaging and content for various communications channels, i.e. website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube etc)
- be part of the team to develop, implement and monitor marketing strategies across various platforms to strengthen engagement with key stakeholders and communities
- be part of the team to develop new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations
- monitor market trends to research for new online media opportunities
- participate in programmes and activities to support the various marketing initiatives

- 2. ADMINISTRATIVE
- take meeting minutes
- reply and follow up on member enquiries
- update member database with information on new/existing members
- liaise with internal and external teams to ensure timely task completion
- support the Secretariat with any other duties and tasks as and when required
Requirements
- Minimum of STPM/Diploma
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent writing and communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop Illustrator, Canva
- Solid knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube etc) is necessary
- Self-motivated, fast learner, able to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Mature, responsible and able to work in a team
- Able to work within deadlines
- Hybrid working environment (office/WFH) and flexible hours with the possibility of after-hours and weekends whenever required
