We want to tear down the societal norms of what work is. We believe with technology, people can be productive wherever they are and whenever they want, as long as trust and respect are honed within the foundation of the relationship, coupled with strongly aligned goals and objectives. We have flexible working hours and flexible work locations. No clock ins clock outs. No reporting on whether you are in the office. Productivity (and internet connection) prioritised instead. That being said, we do have periodic meetings and meet ups that would be most effective done physically.
We're a solutions-based company that aims to improve inefficiencies that arise from status quos. We like to question global conventional practices that people usually put up with and build solutions to improve these practices that would unlock value for our users.
For Phase 1, we want to maximise each trip made by styling up cars with branding, allowing car owners to carry the brand they love and get rewarded for it. Disclaimer: its not the usual ads you see on e-hailing vehicles. We curate creative designs based on the brands' elements, product features and taglines that will fit the car.
what is expected
- To assist with creative content development and marketing collaterals for our digital platforms.
- To create creative assets for vehicle branding, which includes, but not limited to, ideation, formation of mood boards, mock sketches and designs and ensuring final artwork is approved and produced at high quality/ready for print.
- Be part of the team to develop further and solidify the Company’s products, services and processes for MVP, Phase 2 and beyond.
- Must be aligned with the Company's goal and objectives. This is crucial as we want your time to be spent on building things you love and believe in.
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline, preferably design.
- Solid technical background in design with the ability to use industry based platforms such as Adobe Suites, Wix, Wordpress and Canva.
- Fluent with the latest social media developments such as TikTok and other short form media.
- Exhibit strong creative ideation and strategic marketing skills.
- A proactive team player that constantly discuss and contribute ideas, collaborate with the team to identify and solve problems, and highlighting possible issues.
- Self-motivated and highly driven individual. Ready to learn anything when that particular skill is needed to get the task done.
