Responsibilities
  • Responsible to do visual adaptation, conceptualize, design, develop layout and production of all marketing communications (in-store and digital)
  • Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project.
  • Work to a brief preparing rough drafts and creative options of material, solve problems creatively and adapt style if needed.
  • Develop and maintain brand and style guidelines to ensure consistent brand-appropriate execution of deliverables internally and externally.
  • Provide quality control over concepts, processes, deliverables and projects, ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in graphic design or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • In-depth knowledge of software design programs
  • A strong portfolio that speaks for itself.
  • Creative, well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
  • Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
  • Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere, etc.)
