- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or full professional qualification in Interior Design.
- Proficient in Mandarin and average English (both spoken and written).
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Computer literate, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, SketchUp, Autodesk Autocad, Adobe Indesign or other related design software.
- At least 1 year work experience of interior designing.
- Good project experience strong hand drawing and sketching skills

- Possess own transport and have no issue to be based at Seri Kembangan office.
- Determine the Company’s goal and requirements for the outlet’s design.
- Sketch and confirm design plans, including electrical and partition layouts.
- Propose on how the outlet space will be used and how people will move through the space.
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
- Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs.
- Source for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements.
- Oversee construction and coordinate with general building contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the outlet.
- Visit the site during the project and after the project is complete, to ensure that set requirements are duly delivered.
- Deliver product presentation about product functionality accurately and completely.
- Conduct market research and identify needs.
- Develop and continuously enhance product development strategies.
- Oversee the entire product development life cycle to rollout new product and services.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to deliver innovative products and services in a timely manner and on budget.
- Proactive engagement with product owners and stakeholders to improve our product and service offering in line with the Company's goals.
- Monitor project's benefits and the end-to-end engagement process to recommend any areas for improvement.
- Plan and develop improvement initiatives/ strategies to include scope management, time management, resource management, quality management, communications management and risk management
