- Ideate & execute contents: Create engaging, creative, and innovative online + offline photos/videos to ensure the increase in brand engagement & awareness across all online platforms through storytelling, content development, and community management.
- Write & storytell: Write clear, clever and engaging copy that cuts through the noise, elevates the customer experience, and tells a strong brand story connected to our mission.
- Connect with social audiences: Facilitate online conversations with our community and respond to queries on our social channels to drive an increase in consumer engagement.
- Create bi-weekly reports: Monitor, analyse, and create reports of online + offline platform performance (eg: followers , brand engagement, reach, conversion).
- Ad-hoc tasks: Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks related to the brand.
- Can write a variety of outputs from three-word headlines to 1,000-word essays.
- Has a passion for food systems & all things sustainable.
- A self-starter who can lead creative projects with a constant desire to improve + remain innovative in an ever-evolving marketplace.
- Able to vary voice, style, and other characteristics through storytelling according to required target markets.
- An independent thinker and experimenter who is constantly looking for new ways to surprise, delight, entertain and engage with audiences.
- Have a great eye for design – you may not be extremely fluent in design software, but you can see what design works and are able to explain why.
- Has the knowledge on growing social media platforms ( IG/Tiktok/Linkedin ).
- Familiar with simple editing apps such as Canva, Inshot, Lightroom etc.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment & have the humility to take constructive criticism (we don’t bash, but share how we think you can improve as we grow together).
- Have a bachelor's degree in Marketing / Creative related fields.
- Fresh graduates with some internship experience to a maximum of 1 year working experience.
