Responsibilities
| RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible to manage company social media pages, including preparation of written material, photos, and videos for social media updates. (Eg: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and etc)
2. Be creative to create marketing short material & able to face camera to produce the videos.
3. Learn to use AI and assist in copywriting and drafting the concept of EDM Marketing, printing materials, blog posts & website content with wordpress.
4. Learn to manage digital advertising campaigns & Digital agency (Social Media Ads, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads), to generate leads, improve brand awareness & traffics.
5. Manage SEO agency & keywords performance and suggest content optimization to improve website traffics & user engagement
6. Perform market survey to understand competitors activities, to enhance marketing creatives & improve website traffics & leads generation
7. Compiling monthly report for marketing analyse
8. Work closely with external & internal ( sales & product team ) to strategize marketing plan & achieve company goal
9. Any other ad-hoc task as required by superior

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 1 year of working experience in digital marketing.
2. Proficiency in operating major advertising and analytics tools including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics. Experience in LinkedIn Ads, Google Data Studio, or Google Tag Manager is a plus.
3. Prior experience in B2B marketing is advantageous.
4. Understand about SEO, keyword research, and integrating keyword strategy into copy and content.
5. Good copywriting and experience in blogging would be an advantage.
6. Experience in social media management, website design and landing page creation.
7. Able to work independently and take initiative to solve problem/ challenge.
8. Strong attention to detail & able to consistently meet deadlines.
9. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team. This includes verbal communication and interpersonal skill.
10. Proficient language : English, Mandarin & Malay
