Description
We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations in print and electronic media. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable.
Responsibilities
- Create graphics and design layouts for digital, branding, advertisement, social media posts, packaging, EDMs, hoarding, presentations and other creative solutions.
- Photos cropping and editing for new collections.
- Produce great creative ideas, conceptual, designs, visuals & layouts for all marketing campaigns.
- Assist and work with the strategist closely on campaign planning and management.
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials and complete the job assigned before the dateline.
- To be able to multitask and be resourceful should there be any other projects/tasks as reasonably required by the company.
- Respond in a timely and courteous manner to administrative.
- Monitor competitors by studying consumer behavior and stay up to date with changing trends (design, product), manufacturing and prototyping techniques in the field and best practices in new approaches and innovative thinking.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, can-do attitude & energetic.
- Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous.
- In tune with a social media platform and upcoming trends.
- Digital and social savvy on current and upcoming platforms: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Tiktok etc.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high volume workload often requiring short turnaround times.
- Keen eyes for visual details.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience is required.
- Fluent in English and or Mandarin/ Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate and well versed in Adobe Software (Ai, Ps, Ae, Pr, etc).
