Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an effective company social media strategy to enhance brand awareness.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and target audience. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurable goals for social media campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics. Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across channels
  • Social Media Monitoring: Use social media listening tools to monitor conversations, trends, and mentions of the brand across various platforms. Stay updated on industry news, competitors, and emerging social media trends to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with the brand's social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. Foster positive interactions, address customer inquiries, and manage any issues or complaints effectively.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Generate regular reports on performance and use insights to optimize content, improve engagement, and drive results.
  • Social Advertising: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive conversions. Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting and budget allocation, and optimize ad creative to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, design, and customer support, to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader business goals. Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns and provide social media support for product launches and events.
  • Stay Updated on Social Media Trends: Continuously stay informed about the latest social media platforms, features, tools, and best practices. Experiment with new strategies and techniques to stay ahead of competitors and maintain a fresh and engaging social media presence.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand advocate by understanding and embodying the brand's values, tone of voice, and identity. Maintain a consistent brand image and ensure that all social media content reflects the brand's messaging and positioning.
Requirements
