Landmarc Interior Architecture is an established Interior Design and Construction service provider for corporate offices, hospitality sector, retail, and residential spaces. Our parent company, Landmarc International Properties, is a multi-specialist company in the property industry in Malaysia, Australia, and Singapore. We operate on every stage of the property lifecycle, through the provision of services in three main areas - property development, property management and interior design.
Responsibilities
1. Providing strategies and leadership to the creative design team
2. Translate design concepts into tangible and pragmatic proposals.
3. Responsible for drafting construction drawings and technical design detailing
4. Presentation skills
5. Prepare timeline for projects and all other relevant documentation or reports.
6. Collaborate with site and contractor teams to ensure smooth delivery of project according to design specifications and to deliver a high-quality product.
7. Monitor project costs and ensure it is within budget and completed according to schedule.
8. Carry out regular site visits to monitor site progress and prepare site reports.
Requirements
1. Independent and possesses excellent creativity from initial brief to handover.
2. Excellent in written and spoken English.
3. Demonstrate good team communication and able to bring up suggestions for improvements.
4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, action-oriented and driven towards results.
5. A good eye for the aesthetic.
6. Able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-moving, deadline driven environment.
7. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to change priorities quickly.
8. Detail oriented.
9. Previous track record in designing and delivering large scale commercial offices and hospitality projects.
10. Min 5 years of working experience in related field.
11. Bachelor’s degree in interior design/ architecture or equivalent.
12. Required skills: AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Adobe creative suite, MS Office.
