- Lead the creative development of brand visuals, campaigns, and digital assets across various platforms.
- Translate briefs into strong, conceptual designs that align with strategy and brand voice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, strategists, and account managers for integrated executions.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output
- Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers while maintaining design consistency.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio across branding, digital, and print.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects is a plus.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
- Able to manage timelines, juggle priorities, and deliver under pressure.
- Clear communicator with leadership qualities and a collaborative, solution-driven mindset.
