Responsibilities
- Short-Form: Edit high-retention Reels, TikToks, and Shorts with clean cuts, smooth transitions, and accessible subtitling.
- Official Events: Produce professional highlights and recaps for training sessions, corporate workshops, and internal communications.
- Quality Control: Manage raw footage, apply color correction, perform audio clean-up, and ensure brand-standard delivery.
- Collaboration: Work with the Content Lead on briefs and revisions; coordinate with trainers for event footage requirements.
Requirements
- Technical: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut. Willingness to use Generative AI tools.
- Standards: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to meeting professional deadlines.
- Communication: Able to communicate and create content effectively in both Malay and English.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to constructive professional feedback.
