Responsibilities
- To match the payment received against the E-Commerce sale (i.e., Shoppe, Lazada) invoices.
- To check the reason in short payment.
- To follow up outstanding claim / payment from E-Commerce marketplace vendor (i.e., Shoppe, Lazada).
- To assist in preparation of E-commerce report for management.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least STPM/ A-Level/ Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word and Excel, Email, Accounting software
- Able to handle tight timeline
- Organized, responsible and detail-oriented person.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate with working experience in retail company will be an advantage.
