Graphic Designer Salaries

Im working in a e-commerce company, mainly doing infographics, product shooting, sales banner, motion graphics, product packaging and so on, salary consider normal rate as they do not provide any commission or bonus or any other benefits.

My role has upgraded into project & account manager on top of the design work that I do. The salary paid to me for my work is definitely considered low for the load I'm carrying but I do not have any complaints because in exchange the company is training me to become better at what I can do everyday. In the end, you just have to be clear on what you want in life, in my case I want to constantly improve on personal skills, communication skills, conflict resolution, and management skills so as long as the salary is enough to sustain me monthly I'm good. My advice is, though money is important in life, what services or skills you can do and offer to other people will take you further in life. Based on research I'm certain that my current skills will enable me to obtain a more desirable salary but no other company will be as determined to train its employees as my current company does. I am a Graphic Designer in a Retail & Warehouse company based in Sarawak. I have 5 years working experiences My sharing: First company 2 years from 1200 > 1500(after 3 months confirmation) Second company 8 months(Company closed down) 2000 Current company almost 2 years, 1800 > 1900 This career is really sick in Sarawak, underpaid salary. Job role = Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing cum Video Editing(depends on company ) Nowadays most company required Graphic Designer to do digital marketing job or Video Editing Job but they aren't gonna pay you an extra for that, they only pay for as a Graphic Designer. Lastly, it's really need [Luck] to get a High or Higher pay.
