• Produce weekly social media assets in the form of digital artworks, animations, and videos (both filming and editing)
• Design all the company’s marketing collaterals and assets to our clients' promotional resources
• Collaborate with the UI/UX designer and the Marketing Team to develop design concepts in line with a campaign and determine the scope of a project
• Work closely with the Marketing team to create and propose a monthly marketing content strategy with internal KPI’s that promotes our M Squared app and other projects to management
• Able to manage and execute marketing plans after the proposal has been approved by management
• Work closely with the Marketing team to reevaluate/ provide recommended solutions if KPI’s have not been met
• Provide and receive feedback to and from the Head of Business Development and make necessary changes when needed
• Review designs for errors before publishing
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
• Consult and recommend media to enhance the message through audio, database strategy, electronic dialogue, presentation graphics, podcasting, video, and webcasting
• Travel as needed for projects
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline
• Experience in using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects & Adobe Media Encoder
• Abreast on new and current design and marketing trends that cater to visual communication
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, tight deadlines, and a fast-paced startup working environment
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a creative space
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/ Digital Media/Visual Communication or any related field(s) that relates to the job description
• Able to converse and write in English at an intermediate level
