Responsibilities
- Work closely with Events & 3D Designer team members to conceptualize visuals based on the requirement
- Turn your ideas into engaging displays that tie in with an overall event's theme or promote products/brands in their best light
- Understanding the combination of graphics, props, multimedia, lighting and sound to make the most of the event space
- Work with established brand guidelines and templates for multiple interactive presentations, websites, marketing emails, social media, and/or events
- To conceptualize new designs for promotional materials – brochures, banners, buntings, streamers, etc
- Shoot video and edit video for e-backdrop, events highlights videos & etc
- Attend client meetings as and when necessary
- To liaise/negotiate with vendors for printing
Requirements
- High creativity and productivity
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
- Skillful in desktop publishing tools and graphic design software
- Able to work independently & together as a team to prepare presentations materials to pitch clients on the vision for events
- Fresh and Recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Willing to learn
- Tech-savvy, and familiar with social media is a plus
- Enjoy thinking out of the box
