We are a MCN (multi channel network) company, it's a very new business model in Malaysia, but it's very mature in US, UK, China, and Indonesia. Simply put, we incubate creators, grow their followers and monetize them by eCommerce and paid advertising. Unlike other social media agencies you've seen in the market, they only distribute paid review jobs to influencers.
Our company is very new, we started off on Jan 2022, you won't find us in any social media, or website, don't be scared off, we are not a scam. Reason being, we are simply too busy to build a website. If you like us to share more about the company, and to let you be more assured, we are a signed TikTok partner agency in Malaysia. One thing we're proud, we only do TikTok and we do it very goooood. Ever since the start, we are always ranked in top 1 or 2 in TikTok Malaysia, our numbers don't lie. Just simply compare our results to others, you will see.
Our Vision
Being the first is hard, setting the market benchmark is even more challenging, we started off this company with one vision: how we can build an ecosystem in a way that can benefit creators/influencers, and brands/sellers in Malaysia, how to use this ecosystem to drive online business. With that vision in mind, we're hustling through the unknown, and doubts, we learn fast, setting new records in TikTok Malaysia. We don't expect you to be an expert, cause all of us started off as rookies. The founders want to and will definitely build an open/ transparent/ merits-driven company culture. To us, our teammates are not expenses sitting on the balance sheet but an asset/equity for the company to grow. We value talents more than everything.
Responsibilities
About the role
If you believe what we believe, and like to venture into this new business with passion and ownership mindset, you are the right person for the job. Your background and degree is not the first thing when we evaluate, but your attitude, learning speed, problem solving skills sit on the top. Everyone starts off at the same ground, how fast and how high you grow depends on these top characters we value. I won't tell you it's an easy job, but all will be valued and paid off by the company. If you need someone to babysit you on the project schedule, let's not waste time on each other.
Requirements
What You'll Do
- Be friends to creators and good communicators
- Make sure the contents development are timely updated to trackers for reviews, and any new content development/ revision shall be timely communicated to your managing creators
- Help your team lead to achieve company target
- Be a team player

Package
Monthly Salary 1 - 1.5K (consist of base, personal, and team bonus)
