Responsibilities
Job description
- Able to design online visual
- banners, advertisement, logo, icons, infographics, poster
- Illustration drawings
- Website UIUX
- Basic video editing/creation
- Basic 3D design is a plus
- Be able to work independently & also in a team, sometime need to discuss together with client if required
- Have the designer acumen, creatively to judge, communicate & editing artwork/briefs based on clients’ need
- Build trust & long-term relationship with all internal & external stakeholders such as sales team & clients
- Develop, interpret brand guides & you know how to innovate within them
- Nurture the creative team to expand their skills, increase the quality & speed of their output.
- Oversees the creation of visuals, copywriting, video, infographics & layoutfor creative projects
- Leads the development of creative briefs & utilizes design methodologies
- Manages graphic design, copywriting, campaign assets, creative outsource management, designers & creative team
Requirements
Requirement
- Graduates with any Design discipline (diploma or bachelor degree)
- Experienced at least 6 years in Creative or related fields
- Be creative & willing to propose innovative ideas
- Excellent communication skills
- Have passion, enthusiasm for their artwork & able to meet tight deadlines
- With extensive hands-on ability to create modern designs
- IT skills & knowledge (MUST have) - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Adobe XD
- Advanced understanding of and experience with concept development.
- Strong people, project & agency management
- Past working experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus
