- Liaise with customers, attend meeting and understand their needs and translate into workable concepts & mood boards.
- Able to produce conceptual rendered 3D visual for presentation to clients and technical drawings, electrical drawings for construction.
- Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme and materials needed especially on carpentry works.
- Site co-ordination and supervision as needed and work schedule according to plan.
- Abilities in Photography, Videography & Social Media management are added plus points.
- Able to work in a fast paced with deadline given.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s) : 3ds Max (V-ray), Aihouse, AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Required to travel from site to site, generally within Klang Valley. Preferably possess own transport.
