- Proficiency in MS Office applications, design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Auto-cad & 3D max with vray.
- Prepare 3D Drawing Using 3D Studio Max and V-Ray or Sketchup Etc.
- To support Contract Department for BQ and costing when necessary
- To Work closely with interior design team to visualize from design into detail drawing.
- To create and update interior architecture drawings including Interior Plan, detail drawings, for proposal, construction and as built with quality control
- To create and update material specification with coordination with supplier.
- Complete Work Assignment Within Stipulated Time.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Mandarin (communicate with the customer and supplier from China), English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin speaking is a must for this job to communicate with china supplier and client.
- Required Skill(s): Knowledge in Revit, Autocad and 3D Max
- Able to work in independently with good planning and organization skills.
- Creative, initiative and always upkeep with the latest trend and ideas
- Possess strong flair in design concept and detailing
- Good Interpersonal skill, creative and high motivated
- Good Initiative and positive attitude
- Good team player with strong commitment and self-motivated.
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidate must be willing to travel if necessary.
- Possess own transport.
