Responsibilities
- Plan, design, add, alter, reconfigure designs and floor plans of residential units.
- Have a good feel for material selection and the proposing of furniture layouts.
- Produce artist impressions using rendering software such as 3D MAX, Sketchup, Photoshop and AutoCAD.
- Propose designs, sketches and other illustrations for consideration to the Project Manager.
- Sketch, read drawings and promote ideas to the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design, or related discipline.
- At least 1 to 2 years of Interior Design experience.
- Able to converse in English and Chinese. (For the sake of mandarin speaking clients and contractors.)
- Self-driven, self-disciplined, responsible and determined to meet timelines in order to succeed.
- Experience in residential interior design is advantageous.
