This is a flexible (WFH/Office) role focused on active communication and timely output. Motion Graphics (After Effects) skills are a huge plus. Your main focus will be designing Key Visuals (KV) based on provided themes and handling the creative roll-out (adaptation/expansion) across various formats. We value effectiveness and speed. You can work from home or the office, as long as you deliver quality work on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Key Visuals (KV) based on the creative brief and theme provided.
• Execute creative roll-outs: Adapt and resize master designs for different platforms (Digital & Print).
• Solve design challenges actively and deliver creative solutions that work.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the deadline and quality standards.

Requirements

• Interest in conceptualization and creative ideation, translate idea to visual language
• Proven experience in Graphic Design (Portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to deliver on time and communicate actively.
• Flexible working arrangement (WFH or Office), focusing on output and effectiveness.
(Great to have): Motion Graphics skills (After Effects) is a HUGE plus.
