Malaysian Double Warriors

The players that I featured in my artwork are Malaysia's Men Doubles, Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik with Malaysian's Women Doubles, Pearly Tan and Thinaah Muralitharan. Both partnerships have brought the game of badminton to the next level by winning honourable medals and made Malaysia proud. They are undoubtedly true Malaysian warriors with great fighting spirit and constantly strive to achieve excellence. I apply yellow as the dominant color in my design as it symbolizes the star and moon in our Malaysian flag. Yellow also expresses optimism, energy, happiness and friendship. This artwork was hand-painted by me using watercolour and drawn using graphite pencils.
