Hello, I am Fara Amilia (Mia), a passionate architectural and interior designer with 8 years of experience in various projects related to residential and commercial development and properties. I like to propose creative solutions to my clients, that is practical, friendly to their budget, unique to their needs and tastes, and takes into consideration many new products in the market
- I use softwares such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and Enscape for my works. I can also use ArchiCAD and other softwares, but not very common
- Deliverables in my services include Floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, water tank plans, construction details drawings (include but not limited to door & window schedules, tiles setting out, reflected ceiling, electrical, plumbing, sewerage, etc), 3D models, 3D realistic perspectives and others.
- My services are usually sought after by architects (looking to outsource jobs), property developers, property investors, real estate negotiators, business owners and home owners.Â
